At TheWovenBond, each rug is carefully handcrafted and prepared with attention to detail. As a result, cancellations and refunds are limited and governed by the policy below.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before production or dispatch has begun.
Once an order enters production or is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a refund, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
No refunds are offered for any other reasons, including change of mind or preference.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos of the issue for verification
Requests raised after this period may not be considered.
Refund Process
Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are typically initiated within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.
