1. Return Conditions
A rug may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The rug is unused
- The rug is in its original condition
- The rug is returned in its original packaging
2. Returns Not Accepted For
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Custom or made-to-order rugs
- Used rugs
- Washed rugs
- Rugs damaged by the customer
- Sale or discounted items
3. Handmade Rug Disclaimer
All rugs are handmade or tufted products. Slight variations in the following are natural and are not considered defects:
- Size
- Color
- Texture
These variations occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us with your order number
- Share clear photos of the rug
- Wait for return approval from our team
- Ship the rug back as instructed
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
- We will bear the return shipping cost if the rug received is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned rug has been received and inspected.
