1. Return Conditions

A rug may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The rug is unused
  • The rug is in its original condition
  • The rug is returned in its original packaging

2. Returns Not Accepted For

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Custom or made-to-order rugs
  • Used rugs
  • Washed rugs
  • Rugs damaged by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items

3. Handmade Rug Disclaimer

All rugs are handmade or tufted products. Slight variations in the following are natural and are not considered defects:

  • Size
  • Color
  • Texture

These variations occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us with your order number
  2. Share clear photos of the rug
  3. Wait for return approval from our team
  4. Ship the rug back as instructed

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
  • We will bear the return shipping cost if the rug received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned rug has been received and inspected.
