1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production or processing has already started.
- Custom or made-to-order rugs cannot be cancelled once production begins.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided in the following situations:
- Wrong rug delivered
- Damaged rug received
- Product lost during shipping
- Major manufacturing defect
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the rug and the original packaging
- Our team will review the request and confirm approval
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Slight color differences (due to lighting or screen variations)
- Minor size variations (within handmade tolerance range)
- Change of mind after delivery
- Custom or personalized rugs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
