At THE WOVEN BOND, each rug is carefully handcrafted and thoroughly inspected before shipping. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production or processing has already started.
  • Custom or made-to-order rugs cannot be cancelled once production begins.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

  • Wrong rug delivered
  • Damaged rug received
  • Product lost during shipping
  • Major manufacturing defect

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the rug and the original packaging
  • Our team will review the request and confirm approval

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Slight color differences (due to lighting or screen variations)
  • Minor size variations (within handmade tolerance range)
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Custom or personalized rugs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
