We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected orders to provide convenience and flexibility to our customers.

1. COD Availability

• COD is available only within India.
• COD availability depends on your delivery location.
• Certain pincodes may not be eligible for COD service.

2. COD Charges

• Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout, if applicable.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Order Confirmation

• COD orders may require phone call or SMS confirmation before dispatch.
• If the order is not confirmed within the specified time, it may be cancelled automatically.

4. COD Limit

• COD is available only for orders up to a specified order value limit.
• High-value rugs and certain premium products may not be eligible for COD.

5. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery of a COD order:

• Future COD orders may be restricted or disabled for that customer.
• Applicable shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

6. Custom Rugs

Custom or made-to-order rugs are not available under the COD payment option.
